Description
The longer taper on these wood floor shank blades allow them to easily slide under and peel up tough wood floors (glued and nailed). Their long length also extends the life by allowing many resharpenings.
At 3.5″ wide, the 7077-11 is the longer version of our most popular wood shank (the 7077-8). Since this shank is 11″ long, it will last longer and offer you more resharpenings than the shorter 8″ 7077-8. On most projects this wider blade can double your removal rate over the smaller 2″ wide shanks. Once the wood planks are up you can come back with a wider blade for cleanup. The 7075-8 measures 11″ deep x 3.5″ wide x .500″ thick.
