Description
These angled self-scoring wing-tipped blades are tough and long-lasting. Made using National’s patented blade-hardening process, they perform up to 10 times longer than competing side-cutting blades. They work on attached cushion, unitary or secondary backing, vinyl back, soft to medium PVC, linoleum, carpet tiles, soft cork, enhancer, and unibond hot melts.
The 14″ wide 6278-BU side-cutting floor scraper blade is 3″ deep x 14″ wide x .094″ thick. It’s designed to cut a path through soft sheet floor coverings (carpet, vinyl, linoleum, rubber etc) and can be used with all models of Ride-on Floor Scrapers. It can also be used effectively with larger self-propelled walk behind floor scrapers that weigh atleast 300lbs. Walk behind scrapers lighter than 300lbs may not be powerful enough to push this blade through tough flooring.
This blade fits the 550, 5280,6280, 6280HD and all Riding Scrapers.
